Community Title Company is a result of the
2003 acquisition of Grundy County Abstract & Title Company
and the 2006 purchase of Land Title & Abstract Company.
As a result, Community Title Company possesses the entire inventory of Geographical
Index books, from all prior title companies previously operating in
Grundy County, Iowa. Our title company includes the most complete private
library of deeds, maps, surveys and other
land title documents assembled in
Grundy County. Historical records and local knowledge are critical for
preparing an expedient and correct title search.
All of Community Title's records are indexed
electronically, which allows us to quickly complete your order. Our detailed cross-reference
system allows us to search by name, legal description,
property address and even by Abstract number.
As a member of the Iowa Land Title Association,
Community Title Company's land records have
been inspected and certified. We are required to have a 40-year title plant…but
we go beyond that with records back to 1850!
